directory as well.2008-12-03: Hydrogen@Home - Project News We are now integrating a chemistry interface called WebMO. This GUI interface makes it possible to build molecules and submit analysis using a variety of chemistry applications.
The standard configuration does not support any of the free chemistry applications. We also need to configure support for submit workunits through BOINC.

We'd like to test possible solutions to the lockfile and preemption issues with this version along with the latest boinc api. Please post bugs in this thread. 2008-12-02: yoyo@home - OGR-NG: small application update Now are all old ogr wus, which contained only 2 ogr, are over. Therefore I update job.xml to now contain 4 tasks. The progress indicator increases now in 4 steps. To get closer to the PS3 needs I also increased the number of ogr contained in one boinc wu to 7. 2008-12-01: Docking@Home Please expect many short workunits, we are trying to distribute trypsin again, but these complexes tend to have energy violations, which result in shorter workunits.
